Barocco Foundation, in collaboration with Din l-Art Ħelwa, is delighted to invite you to a lunchtime concert at the historic Our Lady of Victory Church in Valletta on Tuesday, 4 February, at 12:30pm.
This recital features emerging soprano Mariah Costa who will be accompanied by pianist Galina Antariuk, whose artistry promises to complement the vocal brilliance of the soprano.
Set in one of Valletta's most iconic churches, this concert offers a unique opportunity to enjoy a serene musical interlude in a stunning architectural setting.

Foster, followed by the evocative Ne veter, veja s vysoty by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov and the delicate charm of Azulão by Jayme Ovalle. Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky’s Ja li vpole da ne travuska and the lively Las hijas del Zebedeo by Ruperto Chapí offer contrasting yet delightful melodies. Nicholas Brodszky’s Be My Love add a romantic allure to the recital.
The concert also includes a solo piano piece, Michael Tariverdiev’s, The Snow Over Leningrad, which showcases Galina’s artistry. Other highlights include Richard Strauss’s serene Morgen and Robert Schumann’s heartfelt Widmung, followed by Giacomo Puccini’s lesser-known gem, L’uccellino.
